Can a receipt be changed later?
No. Receipts can't be edited or deleted. Void one with a reason, then issue the right one.
Does Venda collect the money?
No. Your members pay you the way they do today, by Zelle®, check, cash or money order. Venda keeps the record and sends the receipt.
