Questions

Do I need a new payment app or account?

No. You pay by Zelle from the bank app you already use. Venda Wallet only needs your email. We never ask for your bank login or card number.

Is Venda Wallet part of Zelle or my bank?

No. It's an independent app, not affiliated with Zelle or any bank. It shows how much credit you have with each vendor you've paid.

Who holds my money?

The vendor, in their own bank account. Venda Wallet never holds, moves or touches money. It keeps the balance and a history you both see.

Is there a fee?

Venda Wallet is free for buyers and vendors, and there are no card fees because no cards are involved. Your bank sets its own fees and limits for Zelle®, and some charge businesses.

What if a vendor says they didn't get my money?

Money only counts once the vendor confirms it. If it isn't confirmed, check your bank shows it sent to the vendor's name, then tap Ask them to check again on the card.

What if I'm charged by mistake?

The vendor puts it back on your card in one tap. Vendors can add credit back, never take it.

Does my balance expire?

No. If a vendor stops selling, they agree to send back what's left by Zelle.

Does it work with SNAP or EBT?

No. Keep using your market's token program for benefits.
