Questions
Can receipts be changed later?
No. Receipts can't be edited or deleted. Void one with a reason, then issue the right one.
Do tenants need an account?
No. They get the receipt by email with a PDF. With a Venda account they also see a rent card with every receipt.
Does Venda collect the rent?
No. Your tenants pay you the way they do today, by Zelle®, check, cash or money order. Venda keeps the record and sends the receipt.
What does it cost?
Receipts is free. No fee per receipt and no monthly fee.
