Questions
Can I add a late fee?
Yes. Log it as a late fee for the month and it's kept apart from rent in your year summary.
Can a receipt be changed later?
No. Receipts can't be edited or deleted. Void one with a reason, then issue the right one.
Does Venda collect the money?
No. Your renters pay you the way they do today, by Zelle®, check, cash or money order. Venda keeps the record and sends the receipt.
What does it cost?
Receipts is free. No fee per receipt and no monthly fee.
